In life

Taking Stock September

I really really need for Haim to come out with some new music asap. Do yourself and Google "Haim Bass Face" it's probably the best thing you can do for yourself all week.

In other news September is almost over! September and October are always very busy months because the novelty of back to school has worn off and big assignments start trickling in.

HERE'S WHAT I'VE BEEN UP TO THIS MONTH

Reading: Lolita by Vladimir Nabokov
Trying: My Happy Planner out
Cooking: Sautéed spinach probably four times a week
Improving: My brush lettering

HERE'S WHAT I'VE BEEN READING THIS MONTH

You life has so much more to it than a list of things to do. I find myself always writing to do lists and timelines, even in my personal life. Kate shared an awesome narrative over at Yes Supply Co. that's inspired me to design my to do list around my life, not the other way around.

I'm pretty sure I too run of coffee and cuss words

I've really been getting into podcasts ever since I've caught back up on my Audible subscription. I've especially been liking Explain Things to Me, where this couple interviews different professionals about their jobs. My fav so far have been the dominatrix and the voice over actor!

So many of these college productivity hacks are just rehashes of the same thing. Amanda over at The Happy Arkansan shared these productivity tips that aren't just use a planner!

Sweet potato toast is going to be my new breakfast go to! *drool*

  1. I absolutely love this one. I don't know who Haim is you know your big sis is behind the times. Guess that's what age does to you. I like it because that's the last thing I need is someone to save me when I can save myself & Brandon.
